The Inside Sales team has played a pivotal role in the global growth and customer acquistion of DigitalCube Tech Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will lead a group of Sales representatives and manage the team’s selling efforts in the designated region. This is a fast-paced and constantly evolving sales environment that requires solid sales background, excellent interpersonal and team management skills, and the ability to plan at a region level while managing day-to-day sales closures. You will own the sales targets for the designated region, participate in annual and quarterly sales planning, determine lead distribution and targets for the sales reps and guide the team in achieving these numbers.
